This will be the site where art works for life.
We know we must all count our blessings. We have the privilege of being able to enjoy art, beauty and harmony.
We can afford to buy works of art and do so because we know this brings poetry into our lives. While we are lucky enough to enjoy the subtle aromas of beauty, we also have the ability to help those who worry about hunger, violence and disease.
Together, we can bring them more beauty too.
Beauty may be a piece of bread, the availability of medicine, a safe place to learn, a book, computers for studying, a loan to create a self-sustaining business and the opportunity to learn new skills.
Art for Life is the place where we will state our aims. It’s also the place where we will achieve those aims, one by one.

Since art is powerful, it can provide powerful results. And we will achieve these results. Together.

Maya School project

In Orchha, situated in northern India, we are supporting Eeva Maya Schult from Finland, a great woman, who is building a school for the poorest children of the area. We’ve been to India and visited Eeva several times. We’ve met the students and sat on the ground and talked with them. Currently we are in touch with her every day. Her project has become our project. And we’d like it to become yours too. A school - after a fashion - has already existed since 2005. It consists of four rented rooms in a rather unhealthy, tumbledown building, where, despite the conditions, every day the youngsters can attend lessons and have a meal. Now we need to build a proper school. The land has already been purchased and now the work needs to begin. We are looking into the best way to raise the funds necessary to build the school. In the meantime, there is a sponsorship programme devoted to each child. With just 13 euro a month you can guarantee that a child has school lessons, books, clothing and a daily meal. If each one of us does one small thing every day, together, day by day, we can do something special: we can give these youngsters a real chance for the future. We look forward to working with you!

ArtexVino=Acqua project

Art Consulting started a collaboration with the Associazione Arte Continua with the aim of building water systems in disadvantaged areas. In 2003 the Associazione Arte Continua widened its field of activities, regarding the launch of the benefaction campaign artexvino=acqua. The funds raised during the artexvino=acqua evenings go towards the realization of water projects, including the construction and maintenance of cisterns for collecting rainwater, desalination of water, installation of irrigation systems for agricultural and domestic use and the organization of educational programmes to increase awareness about how to make the most of this resource. The Associazione Arte Continua through the solidarity campaign artexvino=acqua has intend 230.000,00 euro.
